Shipping & Tracking
Normally we need 2-3 days to process your order after receiving your payment.We will choose the most efficient Shipping Methods.
Packages usually arrive in 7 to 15 days after you place the order.
1.If you can get your tracking number, but you cannot track it, don’t worry, it might due to the following reasons:
(1) your order is just shipped, the logistic company hasn’t uploaded your shipping information in time
(2) your order is checking through the customs
(3) an error occurs to the tracking system temporarily.
2.You can track your parcel, but there is no more updates about the status for next several days, it might because the following two reasons:
(1) there is a large logistics at your local customs, it takes more time to check through
(2) the logistic company hasn’t upgrade the information promptly.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note, defective or damaged merchandise can only be returned if it’s unworn. Exchanges are available in-store only. Purchases being mailed back to the warehouse will only receive a refund for the returned merchandise.
Item(s) must be returned in the original brand box (packaging).
Refund Process and Timeframe
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 4 business days.
The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 10-30 days after the credit is applied for it to post.
NOTE: For your protection, we suggest sending your return via ensured parcel post or other traceable method. Shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping charges must be paid by customer.
